Refund Policy
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final. Please check your order as soon as possible. If anything is missing or incorrect, email info@Soap-Spy.com. It helps if you have your order number and a list of the items.If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Soap-Spy within three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.Eligible items must be unused and in saleable condition.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll be happy work with you.
Want to avoid shipping costs? Soap-Spy offers a “Local Pick up” option for local customers.to pick up your order email us and we will make arrangements for you at one of our pick up locations as soon as your order is available.
How long does it take for my order to ship?

Do you have a physical store location?
Soap-Spy does not currently have a physical store. However, we have a “local pick up” option for local customers.
Can I order outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, Soap-Spy does not ship outside of the USA.
Do you change up the designs and scents you offer in soaps?
Yes! Soap-Spy has a standard line of soaps that we offer year-round. Then there are Four “soap releases” throughout the year. Here’s the following (roughly accurate) schedule for releases:
